To do this teachers need to have a specific focus and this focus can be identified within the performance appraisal process, student achievement data analysis or classroom observations.  The area of inquiry will not always be an area of teacher personal choice but rather from a needs based analysis.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nI am keen to hear what you think.
